Bellator 178 features a 15-fight card headlined by bout number 4 between Daniel Straus and Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and their 3rd bout for the featherweight strap. Straus got his first nod of Pitbull in their last bout and took the title from him in the meantime, so these familiar foes will be looking to punish each other.
Of note, AJ McKee and Dominic Mazzotta both predicted a finish in their fight, Mazzotta said he would finish it while McKee showed us what he thought Mazzotta would look like come fight night.
